I work with a team of three veteran staff, and three younger employees. Everyone in my team is really positive, and we all work hard toward achieving our goals. If I ask my senior colleagues and superiors about something I don’t know, they will stop what they’re doing and really help me. We also work together as a team to think about how we can please each set of customers. Naturally, sales work is about conveying to the customer how wonderful Sekisui House products are; but I also think another important part of this job is how much we can earn the trust of our customers. “We’ve decided to build our house with Sekisui House, because we want to keep working with Ms. Sasaki.”; “She was so empathetic and considerate, and responded very quickly to our inquiries and requests. I’m glad we worked with Ms. Sasaki.” This kind of positive feedback from my customers is what motivates me to keep doing my best. I intend to acquire all the relevant qualifications for residential sales administration, make proposals to customers that reflect their feelings, and show empathy and consideration as a female sales staff. I believe the more my customers can trust me and rely on my services in sales, the more I will grow personally and professionally.
