Growth Through Acquiring Knowledge and Experience, in a Multicultural Environment of Diverse Values

I’m in charge of keeping track of a range of projects in a joint venture with a major real estate company in Singapore. I’m currently handling nine projects including the One Holland Village, which we successfully bid for in May 2018; six of those projects are already sold and completed. One Holland Village is a large-scale residential and commercial complex, which is receiving quite a bit of attention in Singapore as well. I want to make the most of the extensive experience and knowledge I’ve acquired through my work, such as attracting the right tenants to match the project’s concept, and enthusiastically take on new challenges. My workplace respects equality among all employees, so it’s a comfortable environment for everyone to work in. Thanks to my superiors and senior colleagues taking the time and effort to build trust with everyone, we are able to work as a team that shows consideration to each other, while also growing as an individual team member.
